Two functionalities would be tremendously useful to expand Hive usage and demand:

1. Hive Backed Euro (HBE)
2. Amount * time-dependent multisig: the ability to enforce a threshold of, say, 4 / 10 for moving < 1000 HBD/24h, require 6/10 for < 5000 HBD / 24h and 8/10 for anything >5000 HBD / 24h
