Der Europarat (nicht zu verwechseln mit der EU), dem mit Ausnahme von Weißrußland, Kosovo und dem Vatikan alle europäischen Staaten angehören und der der Träger des Europäischen Gerichtshofes für Menschenrechte ist, hat am 27.01.2021 in seiner Resolution 2361/2021 unter anderem beschlossen, daß niemand gegen seinen Willen unter Druck geimpft werden darf.
Ab sofort ist daher jeder Impfzwang im Widerspruch zur Resolution des Europarates. Diskriminierung etwa am Arbeitsplatz oder ein Verbot von Reisen für Nichtgeimpfte sind damit menschenrechtlich fragwürdig. In jedem Gerichtsverfahren gegenüber Behörden, jedem Arbeitgeber, jedem Reiseanbieter, jedem Heimleiter usw. kann man sich nun darauf berufen.

The Council of Europe (not to be confused with the EU), to which all European states with the exception of Belarus, Kosovo and the Vatican belong and which is the sponsor of the European Court of Human Rights,
decided on 27.01.2021 in its resolution 2361/2021, among other things, that no one may be vaccinated against his will, under pressure.
Therefore, as of now, any compulsory vaccination is contrary to the Council of Europe resolution. Discrimination, for example in the workplace, or a ban on travel for non-vaccinated persons are thus questionable in terms of human rights. In any legal proceedings against authorities, any employer, any travel provider, any home manager, etc., one can now invoke it.
