Coronavirus | 6,000 Masks Stolen From Japanese Hospital
The incident occurred at the Japanese Red Cross hospital in the western port city of Kobe. Masks have sold out from many stores across the country as the number of coronavirus patients has increased. "We still have a large number of masks — enough to continue our daily operations at the hospital, but this is so deplorable," a hospital official told AFP. This comes after masked thieves threatened a delivery man and stole hundreds of toilet rolls in Hong Kong amid coronavirus concerns.
