I believe you need a #introduceyourself kind of post to let people know who you are that you are around. Also, it might be agood idea to let people know that you is you, by some kind of verification (link back to Hive from your site or twitter).
And speaking of Twitter, your link it's just @rossfm so it's treated as Hive username, and autolinked to Hive url, if you want twitter link you need explicitly put it there like:
