I have noticed since building a sauna a few years ago, and taking a sauna every weekend that I have not had a single cold or flu...
Maybe it is just a Coincidence ? Maybe it’s the Eucalyptus oil I add to the water ?
I also noticed that Finland only had 2 cases of the Coronavirus so far and then I read this....
Finnish used a sauna to kill bird flu
According to Agence France-Presse, experts from the Finnish Ministry of Agriculture stated on September 5, 2005 that the sauna can effectively kill the bird flu virus because the virus cannot survive high temperatures. For this reason, the Finnish Ministry of Agriculture requires people who return from avian flu-affected areas to immediately “sauna disinfect” themselves and their clothes, shoes, and luggage. Clothes need to be steamed for 3 hours at a high temperature of 70 degrees Celsius (Finnish sauna the penetration rate is high, the number is estimated between 2-3 million).
In addition, the Ministry of Agriculture issued a notice requiring poultry farmers to use saunas to prevent the spread of the virus.

It is important to investigate the possibility of a coronavirus infection in all persons who meet the sampling criteria mentioned in THL’s instructions for health care. As of 24 February 2020, samples from approximately 30 patients meeting the criteria have been examined in Finland.
So far, two laboratory-confirmed cases of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) have been diagnosed in Finland. No further infections have been identified so far.
It is possible that cases of the illness may be found in Finland as a result of tourism and other international travel. Rapid identification of cases is important so that effective control measures can be implemented to reduce the risk of further infections.
Finnish hospitals are well prepared for studying and treating coronavirus infections in isolation.
Check the Ministry for Foreign Affairs website for the latest travel advisories (in Finnish). There you can find important information about travelling abroad and instructions on how to submit a travel report.
There is only 1 case of Coronavirus in Sweden...
Country-Specific Information:
Sweden has one confirmed case of COVID-19 in Jönkoping County (as published by the Swedish Public Health Agency [“Folkhälsomyndigheten”] on January 31, 2020). While the Swedish Ministry for Health and Social Welfare believes there will likely be other cases, it also believes that most of those affected will not become seriously ill.
At a February 24 press conference, the Swedish Minister for Health and Social Affairs reaffirmed Sweden’s readiness to deal with the coronavirus, adding that an adequate number of healthcare facilities has been identified and inspected and would be available to treat those affected.
The Swedish Public Health Agency has been conducting analysis of samples from people who have had respiratory symptoms after staying in the affected area in China. It continuously monitors developments.
On February 24, the Swedish government expanded its advisory for anyone in Sweden, who, in addition to China, has also recently been to Italy, South Korea, and/or Iran and who has flu-like symptoms, to get tested for COVID-19.
The Swedish Public Health Agency still assesses the risk to be low for the infection to spread in Sweden in connection with cases of returning individuals (other than for occasional close contacts).
