Americans, Canadians and British Citizens are returned home via private charter flights to strict military quarantine from the Diamond Princess docked in Yokohama. I can confirm that Canadians whom are sick are not housed in the same medical facilities as those who are not showing symptoms.

Coronavirus Finds its Roots Through a Canadian Microbiology Facility in Winnipeg

This video concentrates on a Nurse and her Husband who are Chinese foreign nationals working at the Winnipeg Institute of Microbiology. The couple along with a group of exchange students or interns who are all evicted from the Winnipeg facility based on suspicions of being Chinese intelligence officers.

The couple has traveled between Wuhan Institute of Virology & The Winnipeg National Microbiology Laboratory multiple times on Business Visa travel permits. This is concern as the Wuhan facility was not cleared for level 4 pathogens until 2017, China may have violated these regulations and need to face a trial at the UN for War Crimes against Humanity.

In my opinion, this may be China trying to jump the gun on Bio weaponry production inside China.
