I would love to know how this is spent seeing as we already have the Research and Development going on in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The Winnipeg National Microbiology Laboratory has been studying the Coronavirus for years, since 2014 I believe, yet some how $192,000,000 is going to find a vaccine that probably already exists?
Does he mean manufacturing $192 million worth or $192 million into the deep state budget?
