And by money I will assume you are referring to government issued fiat debt noted. There is always enough of them to do basically anything a government wants.

When you understand how "money" as you call it is created you will have better knolage to see what is happening.

So for a moment let's assume governments could create fiat currency to do what you want, but dont what is it they truly want. Could it be they want you to want to be vaccinated?
