After hours of fiddling with the 3D printer, trying my feathered claws on leveling the print bed, and adjusting the nozzle for the best possible print, we are ready to send in the first batch.
We try to be as environmentally friendly as possible, these are made out of PLA which isn't ideal but they are not single-use. At times, we have to make do with what we got but we are trying to source the most environmentally friendly option we got. As we are doing this out of our own pockets, we can't afford the extravagance either. If anyone has any idea, would love to hear more about it.
For now, these would be used by the hospital staff in Danang and we will wait for feedback to see if these actually help in alleviating the stress from wearing the masks on their ears for prolonged hours.
