None of this information is secret, sensitive or actionable and in my opinion it should be widely and openly shared. The attempts by Google and YouTube to suppress this and related information have been weak for technical reasons but also because they have a very shaky legal basis.
This is an interview with Dr David Martin and Dr Reiner Fuellmich recorded on July 9, 2021. It is a long and very detailed interview and I must and will study it further but here are my preliminary notes. I paraphrased and quoted Dr David Martin. Dr Martin is a legal expert in the area of medical and pharmacological patents. He works for a company which archives and reviews patents for commercial clients who wish to be informed of what may be emerging onto the market in future.
It is my understanding that Dr Feullmich is heading a legal challenge charging the German government and other connected individuals with crimes against humanity in connection with the SARS-2 Pandemic.
My Notes (preliminary and according to my understanding to date of what was said):
A review of all patents revealed that there is NO Novel coronavirus. Patents for spike proteins go back 20 years. These are computer constricted artificial gene sequences which can be physically “3-D printed” using amino acids, the building blocks of genes.
In 2002 Anthony Fauci and NIAID [National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, a part of CDC] and the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill built an infectious coronavirus, SARS. It was specifically targeted at human lungs. They made SARS. Patent 7279327 for SARS preceded the outbreak in Asia by several months.
CDC paid a bribe to keep its patent, its illegal patent (he presented SARS to the US Patent Office as a naturally occurring virus; you can’t patent a naturally occurring organism) on SARS and the gene sequence private. Three days after that patent was filed in 2007 a (Pfizer connected) company filed a patent for a cure for SARS.
The possibility that a patent for a cure for a disease which is described by a private patent can be filed 3 days later without collusion is zero. This is the definition of criminal conspiracy and racketeering by the CDC. This is a RICO case. Exactly the same pattern was followed for SARS-2. Moderna obtained the gene code for the spike protein from NIAID orally over the phone before the SARS-2 was made public. How do you cure something that doesn’t yet exist?
This sequence of events alone constitutes a RICO case [Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act], racketeering and conspiracy to defraud by illegal collusion.
The elements that were said to be novel in SARS-2 were patented 73 times between 2008 and 2019
Dr. Peter Daszak - EcoHealth Alliance 2015:
“We need to increase public understanding of the need for medical counter-measures such as a pan-coronavirus vaccine. A key driver is the media, and the economics will follow the hype. We need to use that hype to our advantage to get to the real issues. Investors will respond if they see profit at the end of the process.“
There wasn’t a lab leak. This was a weaponization of spike proteins [artificial proteins known by the creators to be harmful to humans] to be injected into people to get them addicted to a pan-coronavirus vaccine. This has nothing to do with a natural outbreak and every study that verifies the existence of a lab leak is a red herring.
These developments were done in the US not China. The University of North Carolina Chapel Hill was the lab.
Two Canadian companies, Arbutus Pharmaceuticals and Acuitas Therapeutics [of Vancouver] owned the patents on the lipid nanopartical envelope that Moderna needed to clothe its mRNA spike protein-producing molecule. In Nov 2019 Moderna entered into an agreement with UNC Chapel Hill to produce the spike protein to be put into the lipid nanoparticle envelope in the “vaccine". So the “vaccine" was all ready by late 2019 long before the alleged outbreak of SARS-2.
Dr Martin (From the interview as I heard it. Apologies in advance for my possible mis-hearing):
“This was seen [by the Defence Advanced Research Projects Agency, DARPA ?] as a highly malleable bioweapon. There is no question that by 2005 it was unquestionably a weapon of choice and the illusion that we continually see very well meaning people get trapped in is conversations about whether we’re having a vaccine for a virus. The fact of the matter is we’re not. We’re injecting a spike protein mRNA sequence which is a computer simulation. It’s not derived from nature, it’s a computer simulation of a sequence which has been known and patented for years and what we know is that that sequence is reported by the very reliable phone conversations between Moderna and the Vaccine Research Center by self-report… there has been no effort by any Pharma company to combat a virus. This is about getting people injected with the known-to-be harmful S-1 spike protein. The cover story is that you get the spike protein and have some sort of general symptomatic relief. But there has never been an effort to vaccinate people as defined by the vaccination universe."
"When Anthony Fauci tried desperately to get his mRNA “vaccines” published and patented, his patent applications were rejected by the US Patent Office... Fauci was told by the patent office that what he was proposing as a vaccine "did not meet the patentable standard, the clinical standard [because it did not prevent infection] or the legal standard” — [Dr Martin]
There is no A B C or D variant. It’s all just media hype. There is not a single paper providing any evidence that any of these so-called variants is any different clinically from coronaviruses that were known before 2019. There is no evidence that there is anything novel at all. “The fact that we are looking for a thing doesn’t mean that there is a thing. The fact is that we are looking at fragments of things. I could pick a fragment and come up with Variant Omega tomorrow and say Fear the Omega Variant!”
These are all computer constructed sequences having nothing to do with anything in nature.
When I [Dr Martin, and I most definitely concur] ask what is the meaning of it all I look at what the perpetrators said was their openly stated intention. “We need to increase public understanding of the need for medical counter-measures” … by using media hype and “economics will follow the hype. Investors will respond if they see profit at the end of the process.”
Addendum: In my considered opinion the word “we” has to be thrown out. It comes from the American Declaration of Independence as “We the People” and is deep within American culture. It is used universally and it is used here in such phrases as “We built SARS” and “We injected spike proteins”. We did not do these terrible things. THEY did them. There is no we. There is them versus us. We are at war. We will win or they, our deadly enemies, will win. There is no third option.
