Executive orders are able to see something accomplished for the American people. I believe many of these EOs can do something while the bickering between the Republicans and Democrats occur. Nothing is getting done for the immediate payments of $1200. I believe the payments can't be permitted by executive order because the Congrsss controls the purse strings.
