This post is a little late because I ran out of time because once I get home I’m on kid duty. It’s fair enough because I’m working while my wife can’t and is stuck looking after a three year old who’s as defiant as any protestor.
Yesterday started off pretty stink actually. I’d read an article that on the day of lockdown someone comitted suicide by jumping off a hotel. Their body found early in the morning. Please people, if you’re struggling to cope call someone. It’s not as bad as the media and social media are making it out to be. This is just a blip in your life and it’ll be over sooner than you think.
A couple of dogs came to say high while recording. Another rushed me on the run. I’m not worried about them biting me I’m worried they’ll get caught in the bike. I think most dogs just want to run beside and get some exercise rather than be trapped in their property.
The weather turned out pretty good but it did rain after I got home. It was nice that it waited until then.
Mail wise it was a quick day. I had just over half of what I had the day before. I finished my run at 10:45am.
I did go through town but I didn’t record it. There was a part of me that wanted to show you what a locked down town looked like but a bigger part of me wanted to show respect to our fallen citizen. Maybe next week.
It’s our weekend now so I’ll see you on Monday.
