On this Earth that we are living I have seen people who have this trait of “Crab Mentality”. It came to my mind why they are like that? They are supposed to be happy that their fellow workers or even fellow subordinate has been successful to their field of works. It turned out to me that there are people who will talk, why this people been promoted he/she not deserve it. I just say to myself why can’t they just be happy for the people who are reaching their goals in their field instead of talking and making those people feel bad because they did not deserve that kind of promotion.
Instead of having this kind “Crab Mentality” to other people, it should be an inspiration for those people who want to achieve success in their different field of work right? As for me I am happy for the people who work hard, give their very best to be recognize by their superior and be promoted because he/she deserve it.
As for me, you yes you, if you read this story of mine, I know we all want to be successful in our field, never ever surrender as long as you are working right and you are not doing bad to other people you will be successful just trust yourself and I know you can make it.
