have asked me to make a Superwingz' piñata for his birthday party in kindergarten school. Initially I felt rather challenged because it's a dang aeroplane-shaped piñata and who am I kidding, I'm no pro in making anything, just an amateur tryna make it someday.
Thankfully, Asher decided to go for Ninjago Kai, and I was like Thank You Jesus! It is definitely WAYYYY easier because I just need to make a round piñata and the rest is just tricks. This is what lazy people do best.
Making piñata is not hard at all, best thing, it's low cost. All you need is old newspaper, corn flour to make glue, and colored crepe paper, and some thread, cost almost nothing. If I were a lil less slack, I'd complete it in 3 hours time. Plus, the eye part was printed, it really wasn't difficult at all.
The only mistake I made was, instead of using a balloon to create the mold, I used a ball. My piñata looked like it has a very flat head. But at least it looked pretty decent. I can only thank Asher's parents for this opportunity.
Expectation. This is a piñata I found online to be re-created.
Reality. Not too bad right???
