INGREDIENTS
Potatoes
cream
2 cloves garlic
Rosemary
Sprinkle of coriander
Salt and Pepper
METHOD
Parboil potato. Slice and lay in dish. Sprinkle with salt pepper and coriander and rosemary. Add crushed garlic.Pour over cream to nearly cover the potatoes. Bake on 350 - 375 F.
