I would like to share our lunch today. It is a delicious and delightful taste of creamy coconut milk and and slightly spicy suso in Filipino or snail in English with mix veggies in it.
It is fun to eat with family. You have to bite the tail then sip it to get the snail out..
Here is how I cook our native suso or snail.
Ingredients:
1 kilogram snail
1 coconut milk in can or sachet
Ginger
Garlic
Onion
Chili
Salt
8 strings of String beans
1/4 Squash
2 cup of water
On a sauce pan saute garlic,onion and ginger then after that add water in it,bring to boil add salt and snail bring again to boil. After a few minutes add the squash. when the squash is slightly soft add the string beans and chili.
Cook for 30 minutes. That's all ready to eat.
How to fry mud fish.
Cut the fish into two rinse with water and then drain.
Add some salt and on the frying pan add cooking oil let the oil be heated before putting the fish. Fry it according to the texture you like crispy or not. That's all thank you!
