What a surprise! Look what popped up on our garden path this morning?
My first, as I have never seen a baby mole before!
Yes, I have seen big ones and over here they are regarded as pests in a garden due to the tunnels that they dig just below the surfaces. But of course we have a different view regarding the sanctity of life and this little guy was in no danger.
Come and have a look at this beautiful little one!
This little guy did not sit still for a moment as he tried to dig through the wooden tiles!
Clambering over a plant branch in his way above!
Searching for a spot to dig down into the ground!
A brief moment of rest here!
And then to start the search for an exit again!
Look at the digging tools that he has on his claws!
So, I prodded him to the side of the tiles and there he goes!
Finally, 1, 2, 3 and he was gone, back into his underground world!
They say that "curiosity killed the cat", but not in this case.
Like all little ones and even our own human babies, they have to explore and identify this strange world around them.
Hopefully now he knows that he cannot dig through hard surfaces and he will continue to explore his new world.
I hope he knows that he is safe here and that the strange smell of human giants here does not mean any danger to him.
One of our thrushes also sat watching this strange "worm" that came out of the ground hahaha.
Genuine kindness has become a rarity in this suffering and un-balanced world. The money god has changed some of us into rushing monsters that desecrate and destroy at will.
But for what? I can tell you that no amount of cash or fortunes count when one ages and the imminent scepter of death are starting to linger around.
It is what we do now that counts and I leave you with this!
