Ciao, 💝 Thank you for this great, heartfelt post - I feel a lot from it, as it is a triggering topic currently.
I'm regularly noticing AI-generated imagery popping up between my friends and I, and am super upset that people are so readily giving up their own innate capacity to CREATE and IMAGINE - to craft and invent and VISION, by allowing an evil and corruptly-programmed computer algorithm to drive their life instead. To take the place of their natural creative power itself.
Losing our embodied awareness, we give up our capacity to discern, to choose Right or Wrong, good or evil. And if we do not know any more how to paint, sew, build, craft, grow medicine - we are absolutely at the mercy of merciless tyranny/ tyrants. Those distracted by titilating pictures and videos are oblivious to their increasing passivity in life - and to the hard fact that they are rejecting Art and Real Artists from the heart and the hearth of our homes and culture, society and world.
The road to mastery as a true creator is such a long one, and the road BACK to consciousness is much, much longer - if it is even possible at all.
Collectively, we have been in servitude to glamours, hierarchies, false gods, celebrities - for centuries (if not millennia), and the rapid descent that we're participating in now is terrifying at times.
I do also see that it might even be necessary though, for us to 'try on' this garment as it were, to feel fully how it sits. Multitudes are rejecting AI outright, and many are trying it out and then seeing the awful effects it has on their conscious...
Like you, I have never used Chat GPT, will not respond to chatbots or automated phone calls or emails. Imagery online gets a block or ban or mute.
I am very sad for the genuine creators whose livelihoods have been annihilated in an instant, as lots of us accept the pixelated version of a thing rather than the actual, living reality outside In Real Life.... But others - like The Meek Inheriting The Earth - step away from the screen, the coercion and the syringes, and see all the magic and riches: Our True Inheritance.
Nice to 'meet' you here, and again, thank you for this thought-provoking post! 🤗💝
