The whole world stops for a puppy!
It's a simple fact... if you want to meet other people, get yourself a cute puppy. Imagine how long it takes this guy to walk around the block with his dog. Every passing person had to stop and check out the puppy, and when the guy didn't stop long enough, the puppy would just sit down and wait until he got enough attention. I sure hope nobody was in a hurry!
