Isn't it surprising that there are specially things we should do before sleeping? Well, no it should not be surprising at all because living a good life is never a bad idea.
So straight to the points, thing you need/ must/ have to/ or anything, like a request, order ,or you take in any sense. Lol. So here are some things:
- Switch off your mobile phones, yeah ik its too difficult to do this, but once you make this a habit you will feel good. The radiations the phone gives will not give you a good sleep and the next morning you will wake up like a panda.
- Prepare for the next day, take time to plan out your day, this will make your day even easier and you will know how to complete that.
- Take stock. See what you have done the whole day and what you could do. Just keep a check on what you did whole day.
- Have a warm bath for a comfortable and good sleep.
- Switch yourself into comfortable clothes.
- Reading a book is a good way to end the day.
- Have a good skincare routine. YES! the most important for ladies and girls. Please take of your makeup and have a good skin care.
