This digital painting is of one of my cats, Boris. He is a rescue cat. I went into the pound intending to adopt a white female and fell in love with this big russian blue boy instead. He is named after (russian) Boris Drubetskoy from War and Peace (Leo Tolstoy). He loves to sit on my lap, follow me around everywhere and watch me cook dinner. He is also a bit of a brat and loves to stir up his sister (cat) Bonnie.
I love to create artwork and designs with a moody aesthetic. I'm an introvert and I am drawn to pieces that inspire self introspection and moodiness. I also create because it is a self care outlet for me and also I want to encourage others to foster their own creativity and prioritise it in their lives.
"The process heals the artist; the artwork inspires others to heal." — Leysa Flores
I love discovering artists with a similar aesthetic. Can't wait to show you more of my moody artworks. Carve out time for creativity ✌️
