By using Corel Draw X3 I tried to expressly modify the HIVE Logo. The stages are as follows:
- For text selection, I do use a simple font like Arial Bold with a size of 305 pt, because I can't find Ridley Grotesk ExtraBold's font.
- For the logo we are creative with the 3 Point Curve Tool. Of course as a logo reference we use the official logo from hive-branding download obtained from https://hive.io/brand
- After the logo is finished, and the text has been created, we only need to create variations and effects. The effect used this time is the Bevel effect, with two choices of Bevel effects, namely: to Center and Distance
- And the result is this:
Bevel : To Center
Bevel : Distance
