In Nigeria it is a big crime to escape from prison, the same goes to US, if someone is caught for escaping prison there will be additional years in the sentence of the person, the person is labeled as a wanted criminal, the information will be passed across to the media, in television, radio and newspapers until the person is found.
This story changes in some countries like Mexico, Austria, Germany,this law dated back in the 1880, when the German government concluded it was human instinct to strive for liberation and freedom, the law recognized this type of act as human nature, it is not a crime to escape from prison, unless other crimes are committed after the escape from the prison, it's impossible not to commit a crime after escaping from a prison.
While in China you can pay someone to serve the jail terms, the is still more like escaping a prison.
We should stay out of violence and crimes to avoid prison, the movie prison break series was only fictional movie, it was out of imagination. Do you ever imagine all those set up could happen in reality?
