Hive account@infringe on the rights of owner of intellectual property it becomes Intellectual Property Crimes.It means that you done piracy , infringement and counterfieting of products and services without giving profit to the owner of intellectual property . Cybercrime , Corrpution and bribery are also included in it.So, how a owner can protect his property rights? Many people donot know about the property rights.They do crimes , many of them also know about the terms and condition but some of them have no idea about them.Those who know about the conditions and rules donot focus because there made rules in their country but there is no implementation on the laws.Many do crimes on the other country because they think that this law would not be applicable in other country.According to me only @USA and a few countries including @Singapore , @Canada have some rules about the intellectual property rights and also have implementation on it. Unlike these countries , many asian countries have rules but no act on it and the crimes are increasing day by day.
So, now i tell you how a owner of intellectual property can protect his property rights? The owner can protect his item by copyright , patent , tradesecret and tardmark. Copyright includes originality, expression and fixation. Patent includes discovery and invention. Tradesecret includes design, formula or device. Trademark includes word , picture or symbol.
