After a long training in basketball, I decided to try something new. Something innovative that can improve your appearance, health and be physically strenuous. Various ideas came to my mind, such as water polo, boxing, swimming, ... All these sports are difficult both in terms of fitness and in terms of physical and mental strength. But then one day I heard about crossfit. I watched a few videos on YouTube and found it very interesting and something that was new and unusual at the time. After a while I found out that there is a crossfit club in my town called Triumph. I decided to go and try to train. The first training went extremely badly on my body. I set my whole body on fire. I couldn't walk for three days. I was thinking of giving up, but my brother dragged me away. He told me not to give up and that everything was fleeting. This club is very kind and treats club members like their family. The point of crossfit is to bring together people who fight over and over again. They are trying to beat themselves. Because as we know, the biggest battle is the battle against oneself.
