I am Estonian and i know that Estonia is a quite IT-country if we can say so but....
few days ago i invested in crypterium ico and what i suprise soon after i got a mail that they have reached their hard cap sooner (now that was the good news) And the other interesting thing was that in the end in their contacts was Estonian aadress .
As much as i know the coin itself has connections with american central banks elite (maybe :P)
Right now the ico is over but the coin will be on exchanges in a few days
