Crypto Lending Services

For now, only loans secured by a valid collateral are available. (non secured loans might be available later on)

Available currencies:

• USDC

Interest rates:

• USDC: 0.1% daily (minimum interest is 2 USDC)

Loan duration:

• minimum: 1 day
• maximum: 30 days

Loan amount:

• USDC:
  • minimum: 5 USDC
  • maximum: 100 USDC (I plan on offering bigger loans later on)

Terms:

• ALL loans must be secured with a valid collateral
• the collateral must be worth 120% (or higher) of the loan's value
• if the collateral falls to or below 102% of the loan's value, the borrower can add additional collateral to keep the loan at a safe value and/or provide a partial repayment
• if the collateral falls to or below 102% of the loan's value, I reserve the right to sell the collateral (or keep it)
• miners fee when sent will be paid by me, miners fee for the repayment transaction is paid by the borrower.
• any transaction fees that occur from moving the collateral will be paid by the borrower

  • Hive account:
    • recovery account must show: lending.services (so if you just changed it, the change will reflect in 30 days and it's at that time that you'll be able to use it as a collateral)
    • the master key (password) of the account must be provided to me and I will change it
    • the estimated value of the account (Hive Power + Hive + Hive Dollars) will be used to calculate the value of the collateral
    • I reserve the right to provide or not the private keys to the borrower while the account is being used as a collateral
• repayment addresses will be posted via the Hive blockchain via a transfer, do not send any funds to an address that would not have been posted on the Hive blockchain:

• the borrower can repay at any time without any additional fees
• if for any reason you cannot repay on the repayment date, contact me
• if you don't contact me, loans not repaid within 72 hours of repayment date will be deemed in default
• all the loans details will be registered on the Hive blockchain
• by taking a loan from me, you agree to these terms
• I reserve the right to amend these terms at any time without notice
• I reserve the right to deny any loan for any reason without explanation
