Which Linux distro are you using? I think if you're using Linux you should be able to build a wallet from source yourself. Here are some good guides though:

What about Windows and Mac wallets, DeepOnion's goal is to provide anonymity to every user, so that's why there are wallets for any OS, and Android wallet is coming soon.
