Tesnet Block Explorer Launch
The much awaited masternodes is around the corner. To acheive this, the Impleum team has launched testnet that will allow for hosting of tier 1 masternodes.

Block explorer is a tool that provides detailed information about the platform including blocks and transactions. You can check everything in realtime through the explorer. For detailed information: http://texplorer.impleum.com/

Block: View block creation time, transactions included, and BP created
Transaction: View all transaction history including verification, Impleum data, and coins transfer
Account: View all accounts on the blockchain
In the testnet, block producers composed of nodes operated by Impleum run the network, and users are given an environment to try out all features of the platform that are used to building Impleum platform-based applications. In addition to the testnet wallet and block explorer, test versions of all mandatory services of Impleum mainnet will be provided and functioning based on the testnet.

To run your current wallet in testnet mode: Create a shortcut to your impleum-qt.exe with this in the target field:
"C:\Users< username>\Path\to\executable\impleum-qt.exe" -testnet
Don't worry, this wont mess with your regular impleum wallet, just make sure they aren't both running at the same time. If you are overly cautious consider running your testnet wallet on a different computer.
Wallet Update
New non mandatory update for wallets has been released. This will allow users to be able to access the testnet from their wallets.

The testnet is an alternative Impleum block chain, to be used for testing. Testnet coins are separate and distinct from actual IMPL, and are never supposed to have any value. This allows application developers or Impleum testers to experiment, without having to use real IMPL or worrying about breaking the main Impleum chain.
Run Impleum or impleumd with the -testnet flag to use the testnet (or put testnet=1 in the impleum.conf file).
- Testnet is the current test network. It was introduced with the v1.1.0.17-g32a928e release, introduced a new genesis block, a new rule to avoid the "difficulty was too high, is now too low, and transactions take too long to verify" problem, and contains blocks with edge-case transactions designed to test implementation compatibility.

In that terms, 2019 is a year which is highly expected of the outcome of actual usecases of blockchain, services that really will be used in the society. It is easy to image that most of the current major cryptocurrencies even will disappear in no time, unless they provide a real usecases. Projects which securely operates a decentralised network within the regulations, and most importantly contribute to people throughout the world are the ones that will rise from now.
Impleum aims to play a role in the industry, by building our own IMPL coin economy which will credit people’s goodwill into the blockchain network, and increase the transactions based on gratitude and inspirations that will happen between only the needed parties.
