If they meet the criteria, in my opinion, they are worth a chance......Im not up to date on some you mentioned, except Decred. Litecoin founder is pushing for Decred. Decentralized Credit.(Looks good) Just don't judge a book by its cover & do some research : ) I would stay away from Pre Mined or Instamined coins as they give an unfair advantage for those who got in at the beginning (Dash,Pivx,Quark,Startcoin, XRP).
