Probably the largest Korean exchange, Bithumb, is launching itself into a completely new venture: the kiosk business. According to multiple sources on the Internet, all citing ZDNet Korea, it looks like Bithumb partnered with a few hardware manufacturers for the production and later placement of kiosks in a few retail locations.
According to ZDNet Korea:
These order-taking and payment facilitating kiosks will be placed in restaurants and cafes for customers to browse menus, place orders and pay for food. Cryptocurrency will be among the payment options.
A new brand will be created for this business, namely "Touch B".
Apparently, ordering via kiosks is quite popular in South Korea, and pairing this with the crypto hype might be a winner.
