When projects ask me for tips or recommendations they always seem so Gung Ho and then do not do anything I recommend.

I literally spent hours on multiple projects leading up to Consensus 2018. This included emails, calls, team meetings and other activities. None of them paid clients. None of them listened.

The truth is Pareto's Principle is alive and well. You can't hide from the 80/20 rule. My prediction is that 95% of the current crypto projects will not exist in 5 years. They just don't have what it takes.
