Salt seems very promising as well. I like that anyone can loan out their coinage and get something in return. I'd never take USD for loaning out Bitcoin but this is compelling. I almost got into Bitconnect until i saw their structure and it screamed pyramid scheme. Salt is also quite inexpensive compared to OMG so it is easier to get in.

I don't think Salt and OMG will be competitors at all and having both looks like a good idea at this time.
