OneCoin is a scam. They sell 'educational packages' which were mostly stolen PDF files, the coins are given out for free, as they have no value.

I havent seen any evidence that there is anything more than an SQL server running this... havent seen a stand alone wallet, announcement page, roadmap or whitepapers.

Quite a few of their gatherings have been shut down, and the promoters jailed. I would stay away from this if I were you, but, that's just what I think.
