PI Open Msinnet

I see posts everywhere about Open Mainnet Anticipation.
The fact is that a lot of pioneers are yet to KYC, some don't have valid IDs while some are stuck with the inReview response.
I think the Core Team need to find a solution to the inReview bug, I know it happens when a KYC is not submitted correctly but there should be ways to clear progress and start over.
