I am so excited to be a part of this amazing revolution in economic possibility.
It seems to me that in so many societies there is only so much that the average citizen can earn. Often, it is just enough to survive until the next paycheck. Time and time again as people are able to make a little more money, the price of everything increases due to “inflation” and the average person has gained no ground. I think that the real thing that becomes inflated is the wallet of the big businesses and those in control.
Blockchains and cryptocurrencies have begun to change things, but often it has made little difference in the life of the average person. Without any extra money to invest in crypto and without the equipment and know-how to mine it, cryptocurrencies really have made no difference in the lives of most people around the world.
THEN CAME STEEMIT
With the arrival of steemit, a revolution on economic potential has begun. Now, anyone with internet access has the possibility of “mining” crypto just by interacting. If someone can text, then they can comment. If they can upload a photo or write, then they can make a post. Just by interacting on steemit, users are now able to get their own crypto in a way like never before!
People from all over the world are now dreaming bigger and living easier. Many are buying food and diapers for their families and paying their bills, all because of steemit.
Steemit has empowered people to potentially have a second source of finances that can not only help them dig themselves out of the economic holes that so many seem to be in but also to press past living paycheck to paycheck and invest in the future. Whether it is just paying off high-interest debts or holding on to the STEEM, Steem Power and SBD as an investment in the future, people are finding a potential like they never had before.
NOW IS THE TIME – THE FUTURE IS HERE
For those of us already on steemit trying to make the most of our time and effort, many are already seeing a return on their investment of time, creativity, and effort. For the rest of the users, I think that their day is coming soon. With BTC soaring up near $2000, it is hard to imagine just where the value of STEEM may one day be. Whatever the future holds for the price of STEEM, I am glad to be a part of it and glad that I am holding onto some.
Slowly but surely the world is waking up to this platform and the revolutionary potential that it has. Just the other day I was at an electronic store talking to an employee. You should have seen how interested he became when I shared with him about what I’d been up to on steemit.com. I think that very soon we will see him join us here, if he has not already created an account.
When I look around me at how much steemit has empowered me to live out my dreams here in America, I cannot help but rejoice at the potential that is has in other countries. Steemit has become a way for the average person to attempt to get ahead in their free time in a way that could set them up for financial stability for years to come.
