Livecoin.net just announced that starting July 1st they will reduce their trade fees to .18%. Yet another reason to never look at poloniex again:

Dear clients, we lower our trading fee from 0.2% to 0.18% from July 1. Thus, trading fee on our Exchange will be one of the lowest in the industry.
