Do you still remember the bank-free ideal of the first bitcoiners? It was not all about money in the first place, it was mostly an ideological undertaking to take down the global banking system.
Satoshi Nakamoto build a system permitting people to transfer money to one another online, directly, anonymously and outside banks and government control.
Not ten years later I come across the first digital bank worldwide, called Polybius. The bank is just in the process of launching by raising investments using the most convenient and technologically advanced mechanism – the ICO. In the beginning 20% of Polybius Bank profit was shared among Dividend Token holders...
Polybius is a project aimed to create a regulated bank for the digital generation.
Even big banks like Deutsche Bank, Central Bank of Russia and China conidering creating their own digital currencies. They think central banks are better able to deliver price stability than a rigid monetary rule or an algorithm.
What do you think about it? Does the idea of a regulated bank contradict with the philosophy of cryptocurrency? Who than takes care of the business? What will your invested money be used for...?
Thanks for reading. Have a beautiful day Steemians !
