Country's digitization projects are reaching new levels that anyone in the world can be the etsonia's virtual resident by filing the online application through government's e-residency program.
These virtual residents can access all countries portals and business application in which country's physical money is based on, and can use same public services like Estonia's physical residents use.
Even the election process is digitized, people can vote through online portal which is based on the block chain technology however only physical residents are allowed to vote. This feature is not available for virtual residence it will become a mess to choose the right person to lead the country.
