Cryptocurency investment review for the year 2017: Bitcoin

Good day fellow steemians. Happy New month to you all and happy last month of the year. I pray this month will be our month of fulfillment.

So many things have happened this year both the good, the bad and the ugly. People have tagged this year difference names but I know majority will tag it The Year of Cryptocurency.

Yes, this year is indeed the year of cryptocurency cos a lot happened in the world of cryptocurency this year. Many people got to know about cryptocurency this year cos of the awareness.

People have invested in different cryptocurencies and people will still continue to invest in cryptocurency as cryptocurency has come to stay.

I will be reviewing how investment in cryptocurency has fair in this year 2017 starting with Bitcoin.

Bitcoin is the first and the mother of all cryptocurency, it is also the most popular cryptocurency.

This year, bitcoin has risen to all time highest and the value of one bitcoin as at today is above $11,000.

January 1st, 2017, bitcoin started at $963.66. For anybody that invested in bitcoin on the 1st of January this year would have made a profit of over 1000% by now. I think 1000% profit on an investment in 11month is very good if you ask me.

On the 1st of February this year, the value of bitcoin remain around the same price and was $970.94. If anybody invested in bitcoin on the first of February, by now the person would have also made more than 1000% in 10 months. Isn't that lovely?

The value of bitcoin slightly increased and got to $1180.04 on the 1st of March 2017. Which makes an investment on the the first day of March till date to give a profit return of more than 800% in 9 months

The value on the 1st of April was $1071.71. An investment on this day will yield a profit of more than 900% by now. 900% in 8 months? That is waooooo

On the 1st of May, the value moved up to $1348.30. If one invested on this day, the investment would have grown with a profit of more than 700% by now. That is the profit in just 7 months.

The value of bitcoin greatly increased in the month of May and on the 1st of June the value was $2288.33. Which means in one month, the value increased by 70%. Anybody who invested from 1st of May to 1st of June would get 70% profit on their investment in just 1 month. Also, from June 1st till date, one will get close to 400% profit from investing in bitcoin. That is just in 6 months

In July 1st, bitcoin has slightly increased to $2492.60. By now, an investment in July 1st will give a profit of close to 350% in just 5 months.

August 1st was the day bitcoin gave birth to another cryptocurency named Bitcoin Cash (BCH). On this day, the value was $2871.30. Everybody that have bitcoin on that day were given the same amount of Bitcoin they had in Bitcoin Cash. Anybody that invested in the 1st of August will have made profit of close to 300% in 4 months

After the folk that took place on 1st of August, things turned around and there was a great increment in the value of bitcoin. As at September 1st,it has increased to $4701.76. This means the value increased by 64% in just a month. An Investment on the 1st of September would have yielded a profit of close to 150% in just 3 month

On the 1st of October saw a slight drop in the value of bitcoin as the value was $4341.05 on this day. It was a good news for investors cos the best time to invest is when there is decrease in value. For investors who invest on this day, the profit by now is more 150%. 150% profit on an investment in 2 months is a good deal if you ask me

By November 1st, the value of bitcoin has increased by more than $2,000 to $6,440.97. This is an increment of close to 50% in just a month. And by now, investment made on that day would have yielded more that 70% profit in just 1 month. I'm telling 3,this is the best investment you can get anywhere.

As at December 1st, bitcoin has broken all barriers to reach the highest value of $10,198.60. In 1 month, this is an increment of close to $4,000. Any investor who invested in bitcoin on December 1st which is 24 hours ago would have made close to 10% profit by now.

The truth is Bitcoin will continue to move up and I'm sure it will get to $25,000 by next year. Investing in bitcoin is cool and it's never too late to invest.
