Big companies control a big part of the social media market. Most of the profits are taken by a few people.
These companies have developed sticky apps to keep the people using them. As a reward you earn nothing.
However, cryptocurrencies were designed to give anyone a possibility to participate in the profits. Currently the profits are not what you expect. You probably want more and that's fine.
Imagine for a moment what would happen if people move from traditional social media to blockchain. It would be a massive growth that could increase cryptocurrencies value.
Imagine what would happen if
