It all started with David Seaman. I started watching David Seaman because he made a video on Pizzagate that I was interested in. He does a lot of live streams on YouTube and I love live streams. In those streams he was very enthusiastic about Ethereum and the blockchain. It led to me researching for myself on what cryptocurrencies are.
This was in early November of 2017. I haven't turned back since. I opened my Coinbase account and purchased my first Bitcoin, Litecoin, and Ethereum. I began using Bittrex to trade and have now accrued a decent portfolio.
As a matter of fact, my journey into cryptocurrency has turned into somewhat of an obsession, to the point where I have coined the term Crypto Bard and dubbed myself with the title.
I've begun sharing my knowledge with my friends and family some of whom seem interested in the technology. I will continue to promote cryptocurrency with both my music and my social media activity and can't wait for its mass adoption and its revolutionary impact.
I recently joined Steemit in December after hearing about how it was a way to do social media on the blockchain. Since I had decided to become a Crypto Bard it only made sense to establish myself on any crypto centered social media platforms. Steemit was the first I signed up for. I am having a ton of fun here on Steemit and will enjoy watching its, and hopefully my, audience grow.
Although right now I am a very, very, little, tiny, tiny minnow, I hope to make my posts good enough to someday establish myself as a dolphin or even a whale. I know it won't be easy and will require a lot of hard work on here, and there is no guarantee anyone will take an interest to me, but I still have got to give it a go, and will look forward to the journey, no matter the outcome.
What I like about Steemit the most is that it's a legitimate way to help each other out. This is just the beginning of #mycryptostory.
