Currently you can buy and sell ZenCash on the Bittrex Exchange you will require some Fiat or Bitcoin to buy it at the exchange. It's worth wile buying it right now since it's very cheap at the moment. Other wise you can always mine it from one of the mining pools the one that I am running is called BitFire which will come with a very large update soon.
