Greetings,

Do I need ETH in my wallet to send my voting tokens? Seems like most people are voting to base the value off USD which, for me, is a shame. We should be valuing from a decentralized currency. The price of ETH hasn't changed respectively to the value of the USD the price of the USD has changed respectively of the value of the ETH!
