I have compiled a list of current prices for various Graphic Cards for use with ethereum mining. Below is a list of prices and where to purchase the GPUs in both Canadian and United States prices and markets. Also included is a calculation of the cost per Mh/s, as well as the current profitability of each GPU with power taken into account. With this we can find the best cost to return ratio for buying a GPU to mine with as of today, September 3rd, 2017. These are also all stock rates, without overclocking the GPU or making them more efficient.
Profitability is calculated with a power cost of 0.085 kW/h in USD using https://www.cryptocompare.com
You can start mining super easily with pretty much any GPU you already have as well, Check out MinerGate for a easy to use GPU miner.

GTX 1080
The GTX 1080 has pretty much the same hashrate as the GTX 1070, but a much higher price tag. This is mostly due to the different type of RAM used in the GPU. Don't bother mining with a GTX 1080.
Radeon R9 Fury X
The Fury X has a hash rate of around 28 Mh/s and a power draw of 275W, it will make 54.73 USD a month in profit, with a power cost of 16.83 per month. It will take 7 and a half months to pay off at 500 CAD.
This GPU is harder to find, but I can find it in the local markets used for about 500 Canadian.
Radeon Rx 480
The Rx 480 has a hash rate of 25 Mh/s and a power draw of 150W. It will earn 54.71 USD per month, with a power cost of 9.18 USD. It will take just over 9 months to pay off.
This GPU is also harder to find (at least in Canada), there is one used on Amazon.ca for 500 CAD
Radeon Rx 580
The Rx 580 has a stock has rate of 24 Mh/s with a power draw of 136W. It will earn 53.01 USD per month, with a power cost of 8.32 usd per month. It will take 8 months to pay off at 426 USD.
426 USD @ https://www.amazon.com/gp/offer-listing/B072B6W44N/ref=dp_olp_new_mbc?ie=UTF8&condition=new
While this card has a similiar hashrate of the 480, it is far better at dual mining. According to several reviews, the Rx 580 series truly outperform the Rx 480 when dual mining.
