I am highly doubtful that Spotify would allow such a tie-up to occur, there is too much commercial down-side of partnering with a crytocurrency that made waves by teaming with pornhub. Especially, considering its' core user base and the recent 10% share swap with chinese music titan tencent/TME, who would oppose such a collaboration.
