Ever since a cartoon bear bearableguy123 appeared on a Reddit forum, the world of serious XRP enthusiasts has never been the same. This was a forum which had the right mix for lovers of conspiracy theories. The community was given hints in the form of pictures and posts many of which later came to be true. And the legend of bearableguy123 was born!
We were all enthralled with his/their posts and everyone used to be eager with what he came up. The most famous of all theories/hints was the famed 'Castle' picture. Many articles / interpretations/ videos were made explaining what the hints in the pictures meant. To be frank, many of it hasn't been explored and interpreted correctly. The best interpretation, in my humble opinion has been that of JC Collins in his Philosophy of Metrics Blog. I must say that the blog is extremely interesting read (a must read) for XRP enthusiasts.
One such discussion and post was his mention that he will give a future EOY price prediction on 14th Feb, 2018. What a day to chose! Nevertheless he was true to his word and what followed was a picture with a post of United Nations with the Malta Flag having XRP symbol on it. And a text which said 'EOY $589+'. However to the disappointment of the community, he disappeared saying that people were trying to find his true identity.
Many months later, another supposed 'insider' called 'Ripple Riddler' arrived on the scene. What followed was a series of pictures and videos and he managed to gather a cult following, primarily due to the likes of certain youtubers like SamIam. However, recently the so called 'Factually correct' Police of XRP has been ridiculing the so called $589ers. I find that extremely childish. Everyone here who invests in XRP is an adult and has a right to dream. No one knows whats going to happen tomorrow since crypto is still the 'wild west'. I vehemently urge the 'factually correct' police to leave the $589ers alone!
