exeptionally you won't find a post about ETFs or news you have heard of a thousand times here. I want to share a problem of bitcoin from my view as an e-commerce businessman.
First of all my background:
I own an online business for natural food products. We sell products all over europe and got high turnover. My business partners and I use one of the best and most popular shop systems and would really like to implement bitcoin and crypto payments. After months of searching a good payment provider we did now stop the project as the problem was the right integration.
There are some payment companies like Bitpay and CoinPayments, but they don't offer an easy solution how to integrate their programs. Even our IT service company could not help us as the API integration would need so many hours and is highly complicated.
Every time we make a major update the manually created API with the provider would need some adoptions. In the end, just integrating the service would cost us much more than is would bring in.
A message to the crypto market: if you don't offer the e-commerce industry an easy-to-integrate solution and work together with shop owners, we can't integrate crypto payments.
