Honestly that's the first ICO I have heard where US residents can participate in. Keep in mind that I am a newbie who just started with Crypto since the end of December. The project has merit however I want to see that it has users. It is in the early stage, so I will evaluate how it does on IOS and Android platforms. I believe that ICOs are for more experienced people in Crypto.
