"Substratum is developing an open-source foundation for the decentralized web, providing free, unrestricted, and uncensored access to content for a new Web 3.0"
This looks like an amazing project with tremendous potential, solving a critical issue that directly impacts us all. A project like this couldn't have came about any more clutch in timing, with the United States undergoing Net Neutrality issues, and with nearly half the world in the dark during an information era boom. Would love to start conversation about this, what do you all think about Substratum? Do any of you or your family live in areas with strict internet restrictions ? I live in California but i have a lot of family in Iran and its sad to know how handicap they really are from exploring the indefinite information of the web, restricted from sights like facebook.
